Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

     Tuition includes:

                          *Nine classes, including
                                 One 2 hour Orientation session
                                 Eight  2 1/2 hour classes
                                  One Full Day of Mindfulness Retreat on a Saturday or Sunday

                           * Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation 
                               and mindful yoga practice
                           *  Individually-tailored suggestions
                           *  A range of exercises to enhance awareness in daily life
                           *  Methods to improve interpersonal communication skills
                           *  Daily assignments to reinforce the techniques 
                               introduced in class
                           *  Access to Audio Files with guided mindfulness practices and a workbook
